Audit-grade completeness
The completeness layer for audited financials.
For organizations where missing documentation has a named, dated, expensive consequence — and the person responsible has a budget.
What COSai does
The bank feed and the GL are ground truth — every dollar that moved is on the record. The receipts, invoices, grant award letters, T&E certifications, P-card statements, and approvals that justify those dollars sit in dozens of inboxes the controller can't see: the PI's, the procurement officer's, the facilities coordinator's, the cardholder's.
COSai stitches every consented inbox to the ledger, surfaces every transaction with no matching supporting document, identifies who probably holds it, and brokers an access request with audit-grade chain of custody. Every operation runs as-of a closing date. Every document is logged — who saw it, when, why.
It's the prior step Dext, Hubdoc, AutoEntry, and the QBO receipt-capture feature all skip. They start with the document. We start with the gap.

Read more →What COSai is not
- — Not an AI bookkeeper or AI CFO for small businesses.
- — Not a categorization-and-export tool (Dext / Hubdoc territory).
- — Not a verified-truth substrate for lenders.
- — Not the system of record. Your QuickBooks / Workday / Banner / Blackbaud stays authoritative.
